Buchule HR Services is a 100% black female owned company offering Human Capital Management Solutions. The primary focus of the company is on providing human capital solutions that will ensure a value-added service to the client. This is done through partnering with and listening to our clients thus ensuring the application of customer-centric solutions. In this way the business goals of the client are bound to be realised.  The name "Buchule" which means expertise is derived from the pride that we have in our experience, exposure and understanding of the intricacies of integrated Human Capital Management solutions. In order to ensure that no assignment is too big for us, Buchule has formed strategic alliances with other companies that pursue similar objectives. Whilst the company operates from KwaZulu Natal, it is destined to grow and handle assignments country wide.

 8. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Buchule boasts a variety of skills and experience to execute any project in the Buchule bouquet of services. Busiswa, who is the owner and principal consultant, is a seasoned Human Resources Practitioner, who has held senior management positions in world class companies such as the ICC Durban and State Owned Enterprises such as Transnet National Ports Authority. She started her career in Education, Training and Development with the erstwhile Transkei Civil Service. She has also worked in the office of the Minister responsible for the Rural Development Programme and the South African Department of Foreign Affairs. She has extensive experience in Human Capital Management, gathered in the private and public sectors. 

She holds a BA Personnel Management – University of Fort Hare, BA Honours (Sociology) – University of Transkei, a Certificate in International Relations – University of Birmingham, a Project Management Diploma – Varsity College and the Management Advancement Programme (MAP) attained from WITS Business School. 

Busiswa is a member of the Black Management Forum, the Business Women’s Association and the Institute of People Management.
