Who We AreMCN recruitment & consulting Agency, established in 2008, is a black-owned company, based in Gauteng, South Africa. We provide excellent staffing solutions and business services in the areas of recruitment, and human resource management.MCN is managed by Nyiko Mkhondo who has considerable experience in the ICT sector and has been trained in Pretoria University of Technology; Qualifications include; A National Diploma in Information Technology, Business Analysis Certificate, Life skills training, and Sales & Marketing Certificate. Ms Mkhondo has always been passionate about assisting others with employment, through proving information and any advice. Through her own experience and research on seeking employment, she has discovered that there are various factors that make it difficult for young graduates to find employment. She found a way to address these factors and this resulted in her securing employment. Through this experience, she shared her knowledge, advice and skills with others and this also made a difference in their lives and careers. She has started receiving calls from people referred to by friends who where seeking employment, and through helping all these people, the idea to start her own company in recruitment came naturally. Nyiko Mkhondo is a member of the national StaffWeb recruitment network, and benefits from the backup, systems, and support that the StaffWeb network provides. |
