As a Job Seeker you are responsible for ensuring the information you provide to
us and which we hold relating to you is current, accurate, comprehensive and
complete. All information you provide to us must be a true and accurate
description of your own personal details, skills, and abilities. You must not
provide any false or misleading data to us. You must not enter any information
on behalf of another person for any reason at any time. If you fail to comply
with these terms we may terminate your account and/or restrict your access to
the website.
Deletion Of Your Personal Information by Us
We may remove your personal information from our website in the following
situations: 1. Breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use We reserve the right
to delete your personal information and / or terminate your access to the
website in our sole discretion if we have reasonable grounds to believe you are
breaching any of the terms and conditions of this website.
Deletion of your Personal Information By You
You may remove your personal information from the website as a Job Seeker at any
time by using the delete feature of the site. When you do this, your access to
your personal and career information will be deleted permanently. If We have had
communication with you as part of our normal recruitment process, then some of
your personal and career information may be kept on a database for auditing and
legal purposes. This information will not be used for marketing or any other
purpose except for the express purpose of providing an auditable trail of events
and communications between Us and you.
